Able to Travel is an affiliate of Rich Worldwide Travel, a fully accredited travel agency located in Harrison, new Yrok. Able to Travel and/or rich Worldwide Travel Is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or strikes by travel suppliers or their affiliates.l Information given is deemed reliable and current at time of booking, though clients should reconfirm information before departure. It is the responsibility of the client to read all travel documents carefully and contact Able to Travel with any changes or questions immediately. We recommend and have provided information on the purchase of travel insurance. If insurance is purchased it is the responsibility of the client to understand what the insurance will and will not cover.
Able to Travel is not responsible for accommodations provided to people with disabilities by the travel supplier including air lines, cruise lines, hotels, motels, and other public accommodations as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain all the required documentation to leave and reenter the United States. The client assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Able to Travel or rich Worldwide Travel from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
